Fortune Sacco and Administration Police Service (APS) Bomet will compete in the Football Kenya Federation Premier League in 2022-2023.

The two clubs were promoted after finishing second and first in the National Super League, which concluded on Sunday.

The NSL champions and runners-up are automatically promoted to the FKF-PL, while the third-place finisher will face Wazito in the promotion playoffs before the new season begins.

Fortune Sacco of Kirinyaga secured the final automatic qualification spot to next season’s top-tier football league with a 2-0 walkover victory over Gusii United, who did not show up at the Kericho Green Stadium.

Fortune Sacco finished second on the log with 69 points after the walkover.

They join APS Bomet, who secured an automatic spot in the country’s top flight after topping the National Super League standings earlier this month.

Champions APS Bomet finished first after a 1-1 draw with Muranga Seal, who finished third and qualified for a play-off against top-flight side Wazito.
