President Ruto, First Lady Rachel attend church service in South Korea
As part of the Great Commission, Kenya’s First Lady, Mama Rachel Ruto, urged churches in South Korea to send missionaries to the country to spread the Gospel and build churches, schools, and hospitals.
On Wednesday, November 23, Rachel accompanied her husband, Kenya’s President, William Ruto, to a church service at Myung Sung Presbyterian Church.
“I am here this evening to request that you send some of these great missionaries to our great country of Kenya because of the great work you are doing,” she rallied the congregation.
The First Lady also advised the Church leadership not to give up on providing social services such as education and medical care to the community.
She also drew parallels between Kenya and South Korea, expressing her delight at discovering that South Koreans are hardworking and enthusiastic Christians.
